Mr. Allan Wood heads the business functions of AnalySwift since its launch in 2011. During the past decade AnalySwift has licensed its software technology to industry, government, military, national laboratories, and academia under his leadership. More recently, AnalySwift has received multiple SBIR and STTR contracts from NASA, US Army, US Air Force, and US Navy to further develop its innovative technology for the future modeling needs of these agencies related to emerging materials. Prior to joining AnalySwift, Allan Wood spent several years commercializing technologies developed at Utah State University, focusing primarily on software technologies and copyrights. His background includes entrepreneurship, technology marketing, and technology licensing. At Utah State University Mr. Wood was the commercialization representative on the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business e-team, a group composed primarily of entrepreneurship faculty. He was also a member of the Utah State University Copyright Committee. Mr. Wood has previous experience in management, marketing and sales, and employee training. Mr. Wood received his MBA with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University in 2005. Prior to this he received a B.S. with dual majors in Marketing and Finance, and dual minors in Economics and Geology, also from Utah State University.
