Interfaces
Several free, open source graphical user interfaces (GUIs) have been created by independent parties. While not supported by AnalySwift, they are available for download from Purdue University’s cdmHUB (Composites Design & Manufacturing HUB). Developers of these GUIs have also created video tutorials in many cases. The cdmHUB is a collaborative web interface platform designed to enhance and build synergies among the composite community by enabling users to interact 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Users must first create a free account with cdmHUB to download certain resources. In order to use third party interfaces users must have (1) a separate license to the third party software (ABAQUS, ANSYS, etc.), and (2) a desktop version of SwiftComp or VABS.
ABAQUS Interfaces
Download of the release package of ABAQUS-SwiftComp GUI from cdmHUB, a powerful independently developed resource for connecting ABAQUS and SwiftComp. Please see documentation included with the download, as well as the included case study for additional instructions.
Download of the release package of ABAQUS-VABS GUI from cdmHUB, a powerful independently developed resource for connecting ABAQUS and VABS. Please see documentation included with the download, as well as the included case study for additional instructions.
ANSYS Interfaces
Download of the release package of ANSYS-SwiftComp GUI from cdmHUB, a powerful independently developed resource for connecting ANSYS and SwiftComp. Please see documentation included with the download, as well as video tutorials for additional instructions.
Download of the release package of ANSYS-VABS GUI from cdmHUB, a powerful independently developed resource for connecting ANSYS and VABS. Please see documentation included with the download, as well as video tutorials for additional instructions.
Other Interfaces
Download of the release package of Gmsh4SC (Gmsh for SwiftComp) from cdmHUB, an independently developed open source standalone interface. Please see documentation included with the download, as well as video tutorials for additional instructions.
Launch the TexGen4SC (TexGen for SwiftComp) from cdmHUB, an independently developed open source software to improve modeling of textile composites. Please see documentation included with the download, as well as video tutorials for additional instructions.
